I don’t know of any quilt patterns for Greek designs, however, I have designed a lion pattern that can be made with paper or fabric and pieced together, that you might be able to adapt to a quilt design. I have plans to eventually offer various types of patterns for download on sororitysisters.net, but right now I have a long way to go to get them ready.
