This is a nice item to have if you enjoy making sorority gifts. I found it on ebay, but I am not sure that it is always available. Check ad at the bottom of this post to see if it is still available.
Also, the seller says in the description that he has the individual Greek Letters for sale also. That would save you from buying a lot of letters that you don't need.
You can use this set to make greeting cards and stationary that is personalized.
1. Just get a pack of blank cards in white or the color of your choice.
You can even make your own cards with scrapbook paper.
2. Stamp on your Greek Letters.
3. Then embellish with flowers on any other design.
Draw lightly with a pencil (so you can erase if needed).
4. When you like your design, then use a fine felt tip marker to make your permanent design.
5. Fill in with colored pencils for a soft look or watercolor markers if you like it brighter.

You are only limited by your imagination.

These are not the only fabric choices for your Greek letters. Take a look at Pat's listings for more information. Write her a note through eBay messages if you don't see what you are looking for. She has tons of fabric and will probably be able to help you find what you need.

Do you ever have trouble finding your letters in the sizes that you need. A college store often carries the smaller sided letters, but it is harder to find larger Greek letters.
I've found a source for wooden Greek Letters in all sizes: craftcuts.com

The letters are cut from Baltic Birch with computer guided systems. The unpainted wooden Greek letters come in large or small sizes. They are great for signs or fraternity and sorority houses.

You can also get wooden Greek Letters that are prepainted. Choose from up to 30 colors! Greek letters can be up to 18" tall! Just think of all the possibilities for sorority (or fraternity) gifts as well as decoration for Greek houses. Find these and more at craftcuts.com.

Greetings from Delta Zeta
Make a Bunch of Sorority Letter Cards Tonight!
1. I bought a pack of a dozen 3" x 4" white cards with envelopes from Michaels or Hobby Lobby
2. Then I chose some pink and green scrapbook paper to cut the letters from.
3. Next I made a template by drawing the Delta and Zeta on cardboard. (This step takes the longest since you want the letters to look right)
4. Then I cut out the cardboard template.
5. Next I traced with a pencil around the edge of the template letters onto the pink scrapbook paper.
6. Then I cut out the letters with scissors.
7. Last step: I used a glue stick to glue the letters on to the card.
That's It.
The reason I went to the trouble to make a cardboard template of the Delta and Zeta is because Read the rest of this entry »

Sorority Gifts
These STUFFED GREEK LETTER PILLOWS are over a foot tall (approximately 12 to 14 inches). They have sturdy white cotton fabric on the back and are stuffed with poly fiberfil. The Phi Mu set has cute white satin bows with foam sparkle pink butterflies placed on each Greek letter.
The eBay seller is offering a FREE bonus!!......... a sorority pin pillow in the same fabric adorned with the same type bow and butterfly perfect to keep your sorority pin safe. This looks like a beautiful set.
There are plastic hangers sewn on the back of the letters so you can hang these letters on the wall. Of course, they would be so cute just laying on your bed as pillows or on a shelf.

For your Do-it-Yourselfers, consider making some letter pillows yourself!
You need some paper a little larger than the size pillows that you want to make.
On the paper sketch your Greek Letters with a pencil making them a little bigger than you want the pillows to be (because when you sew the pillow together it will look smaller than it does on the pattern). After drawing the pattern, be sure to add a seam allowance of at least 1/2 inch.
Pin pattern to your fabric. Cut out two layers for front & back. With right sides together, sew layers together leaving an opening for turning. Turn right side out. Then stuff your Greek letter with soft fiberfil. Sew close the opening that was used for turning.
The easiest letters to make would be those without holes like Gamma or Chi since you can do most of the sewing on a sewing machine. If you make letters with holes, like Phi or Theta, you will have to cut out the holes after you sew the outside letter edges together. The edges of the holes will need to be finished with hand sewing.
Comments are welcome! If anyone tries to make your Greek Letters into pillows, please leave a comment with further suggestions on how you did it. You'll help someone else with your experience and ideas.
